  I looked at the negative reviews, and I have to say that the reviewers just don't understand insurance and no matter what the insurance company was that they were writing about, the same comments would have been written.
  The customer service is really great. I personally spoke with Bernice today and she was knowledgeable as well as pleasant.
  Being an insurance broker, I speak with a lot of different insurance companies throughout the day. I never dread calling Kingstone.
