  I have had 2 awful experiences with this restaurant. The first was an order of hot subs, which were all soggy, tasteless and left much to be desired. I did not complain. The second order was a large cheese pie, which arrived a mangled mess of cheese and sauce, as if tilted on one side. There was also a large order of fries that were over cooked and tasted as if cooked in old oil. It was an embarrassment to present to my guests. I called about just the state of the pizza. The restaurant did not want to offer any kind of replacement or reimbursement. As a new resident of Kingston, this was a disappointment I learned the hard way.
