  The bigotry someone in my family has faced who is transgender has escalated over the past two years of going to this pharmacy. Not all their employees are showing such behavior, but there is one particular employee who has/is showing and continuing such behavior. This employee doesn't always call my family member the correct gender pronoun, usually refers to their birth gender when speaking one on one/ with family, doesn't want to assist my family member at the pharmacy, makes comments, and has been seen getting defensive with my relative.
  They have really good pharmacists who are knowledgeable about medication.
